Indian diplomats arrived in Pakistan on Friday for talks on getting relief across the Line of Control (LoC) and saving the lives of thousands of survivors who are still at risk.

Pakistani and Indian officials are meeting on Saturday to discuss their differing plans on how to help Kashmiris, who were the worst hit by the October 8 disaster.
