The city Nazim said the areas where survey has not yet completed, the concerned Town Nazims should be contacted for overcoming the problems which may be faced in carrying out survey so that steps could be geared up for early completion of the project.

He directed that teams assigned the survey work should further be strengthened with an increase in the number of labour force. It was also decided that steps would be taken to overcome shortage of machinery.

The meeting took notice of complaints regarding sale of plots by the allottees and it was decided that action would be taken with the co-operation of Town Nazims.
