The moon will astronomically be born on November 2, 2005 at 06:25 (6.25 am) PST. The age of moon at the time of sunset on November 3, 2005 will be around 35 hours in Pakistan.
In Karachi, at the time of sunset, the crescent shall be 9.4 degrees above horizon and around 15 degrees south of the point where the sun would set. The best time of crescent visibility in Karachi would begin at 18:09 (6.09 pm) PST (19 minutes after sunset) when its height above horizon shall be around 5 degrees.
The crescent will set at 18:39 99 (6.39 pm) PST.
In Islamabad, the best time of visibility would start at 17:34 (5.34 pm) PST (17 minutes after sunset) but the height of crescent would be less than 2.5 degrees, which would make it difficult to be seen. The crescent shall set at 17:56 (5.56 pm) PST.-PR
