The first consignment of 30,000 large-size tents donated by Saudi Arabia arrived here at Chaklala Air Base on Monday. The tents were brought through special flights, as Saudi Arabia had approved to donate 30,000 large tents to Pakistan in response to a request made by the Prime Minister, Shaukat Aziz to Saudi prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz in this regard.

These large tents including 10,000 tents donated by Islamic Development Bank would begin landing Pakistan through a chain of special flights making an air bridge until all tents were transported to Pakistan.
