The Lahore High Court (LHC) while setting aside the decision of a labour court, has rejected the petition filed by the NNI news agency chief executive, and allowed NNI bureau chief Lahore to continue his office.

The petitioner Makhdoom Amir Bilal had approached the court against the stay order issued by the labour court, and contended that the respondent court had not considered his contentions and issued stay order.

The court, after hearing the petitioner's counsel at length, accepted his petition and set aside the decision of the labour court.
