Speaking on a point of order in the National Assembly, he said the markets and bazaars of the areas were closed down after an incident of firing between two groups on October 18.
The minister said the government institutions were not involved in the firing.
On a point of explanation, Rauf Mengal said that situation is still not under control in the area. He claimed that house of a tribal elder was attacked during the firing incident.
