Engineer M.P Gangwani has taken over the charge of State Cement Corporation of Pakistan (SCCP) as chairman from Wednesday vide a notification of Ministry of Industries, Production and Special Initiatives. According to SCCP, Engr Gangwani had earlier served as chairman SCC between June 2003 to March 2004.

He also remained Managing Director of Javedan Cement, Thatta Cement and Associated Cement Rohri in his 36-year long career and converted these loss-incurring units into profit earning entities.
