Equities failed to show recovery signs at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where bears continued to show negative signs amid decrease in index. ISE Network Index showed a decrease of 24.97 points as the rate-based indicator moved from 11,266.31 to 11,241.34 points. The overall turnover amounted to 1,285,600 shares as compared to previous volume of 1,396,200 shares.

Total 102 companies participated in buying and selling activity. 52 Losers outnumbered 49 gainers whereas one company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of OGDCL was 626,800 shares as compared to previous turnover of 118,600 shares. The turnover of PTCL was 436,100 shares as compared to previous volume of 11,59,800 shares. The volume of PSO was 74,800 shares.
