Struggling paceman Daryl Tuffey has been made the scapegoat for New Zealand's ineffective opposition to Australia in the one-day cricket series, being dropped for the fourth match on Tuesday along with injured batsman Michael Papps. International newcomer Lance Hamilton replaces Tuffey.
