Rotary Club of Islamabad (RCI) would hold a grand dinner and a function to celebrate the 100th foundation day of the Rotary International on Wednesday. Senior Rotarians would take part in the grand dinner and cut the cake of 100th anniversary of the Rotary International's foundation day, said Haji Fazalur Rehman, President, Rotary Club of Islamabad (RCI). "On this occasion senior Rotarians would reaffirm their pledge to serve the humanity and keep the cause of service above all", Haji Fazal said while talking to newsmen here on Tuesday.

He said that the Rotary International is a world-wide charity and Rotarians selflessly were serving the great cause of humanity round the globe, he said adding that this is really a time of joy and excitement for the Rotarians all over world.

He said that a Time Capsule would be established on the centennial function, he said adding that all Rotarians would write their message on their achievements and projects in the rotary and advice for next generation of rotary family.

All these messages would be put in the time capsule, which would be opened on the bi-centennial celebrations in 2105, he added.
