All Pakistan Solvent Extractors Association (APSEA) is organising a two-day Oilseed Conference here on February 25. According to an Association's spokesman here on Monday, Federal Food, Agriculture Minister Sikander Hayat Bosan would chair the inaugural session. Delegates from Australia, Canada, Germany, India and USA are expected to participate in the conference.
