He said all possible measures would be taken to ensure implementation on reforms. "Educated Punjab is a dream of Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi which would be materialised by using all-out efforts," he said.
He said under 598 development projects in education sector hundreds of schools in the district were provided furniture, drinking water facilities and laboratories, besides construction of boundary walls and latrines.
The minister said top most priority of the government is renovation of old and dangerous building in order to make them safe for the students.
He said schools which were damaged due to heavy snowfall in Murree and Kotli Sattian areas would be reconstructed at the earliest. The minister was briefed about the performance of the education department in the district.
