Mir Muhammad Siddique Khawaja, Chairman Britain-based International Human Rights organisation Kashmir Watch International (KWI) has welcoming restarting of Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus service proposed to set up a world commission on Kashmir issue under the aegis of United Nations. He said the commission should be formed comprising of all major coalitions of the world like European Union, OIC, Common Wealth, British Parliamentarians and American Congressmen, other parliamentarians and experts.

Siddique urged Congress led coalition government of India to positively respond for complete success of peace-initiatives launched by Pakistan government and the former BJP regime to resolve all outstanding issues especially the core issue of Kashmir to ensure the emergence of ever lasting peace in South Asia and tension free relationship between the two neighbouring countries on permanent footings.

The commission, he continued could be authorised to give a new road map to resolve the lingering dispute if occupied Jammu & Kashmir after comprehensive debates and dialogue. The Kashmir Watch Chairman emphatically declared that no party had authority to impose its decision over Kashmiris adding, "Kashmiris' aspirations are ought to be reflected in every course".

Talking to APP about Muzaffarabad-Srinagar bus service he expressed hope that both countries would continue the dialogue process for achievement of prime objectives viz. the settlement of Kashmir dispute. He described it a great achievement and opined it would lead to the settlement of Kashmir issue in a peaceful manner according to the aspirations of Kashmiris.
