Three foreigners were killed when some gunmen opened fire on them at Kurram Kot village near Mir Ali in North Waziristan Agency, reports reaching here from the tribal area, said here on Thursday. In the ambush, two Uzbeks and an Arab were killed, while an Afghan escaped unhurt and got shelter in a nearby house. Local tribesmen said that the two groups of foreigners developed differences on some issue and they opened fire on each other resulting into the killing of three.

The agency administration has cordoned off the house where the Afghani man was hiding and was searching for other foreigners in the surrounding area.
