Equities continued to show healthy signs at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where bulls commanded the proceedings amid increase in index. ISE network index was up by 58.75 points as the rate-based indictor moved from 13,666.00 to 13,724.75 points. The overall turnover amounted to 46,88,900 shares as compared to previous volume of 46,88,900 shares.

Total 148 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (83) closed in positive territory, 63 showed negative signs while 2 companies remained pegged to their overnight levels.

The turnover of OGDCL was 46,88,900 shares as compared to previous volume of 21,00,700 shares. The volume of PTCL was 16,41,500 shares as compared to previous turnover of 18,19,000 shares. The volume of PSO was 163,500 shares.
