Bulls continued to stay in the front seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed plus signs amid increase in index. ISE network index showed an improvement of 58.31 points as the price-based indictor moved from 13,607.69 to 13,666.00 points. The overall turnover amounted to 46,88,900 shares as compared to previous volume of 46,27,500 shares.

Total 133 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (82) closed in positive territory, 49 showed negative signs while 2 companies remained pegged to their overnight levels.

The turnover of OGDCL was 21,00,700 shares as compared to previous volume of 15,28,100 shares. The volume of PTCL was 18,19,000 shares as compared to previous turnover of 23,10,500 shares. The volume of Fauji Fertiliser was 346,500 shares as compared to previous turnover of 263,000 shares.
