The annual report of Human Rights Commission for Pakistan for the last year will be released here on Tuesday. The report will review the state of human rights during 2004 and embrace issues from civil liberties, governance, living facilities like the availability of health, education to the availability of essential provisions, child labour and the conditions prevailing in jails and judiciary forums.

The Center for Democratic said it would host the launching at a local hotel.
