Former deputy governor of State Bank of Pakistan Rashid Akhtar Chughtai is likely to be appointed chairman of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) in place of Istaqbal Mehdi. Mehdi will move to Pak-Kuwait Investment Company Limited in place of Zaigham Rizvi, who is expected to assume charge of House Building Finance Corporation, it is reliably learnt.
