In the cotton analysis published on 31st December, 2004, the correct figure of cotton purchases by the Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) is estimated at 2.3 million bales and stocks reportedly received in TCP warehouses should be about 1.2 million bales. The error is regretted.
