President Pakistan People's party (PPP-AJK), Sahibzada Muhammad Ishaq Zafar while addressing the District Bar Association said that party would remain impartial in looming political crisis in AJK.

He further said: "All 16 legislative assembly members of PPP-AJK will abide by the decision of party leadership if no confidence motion tabled against prime minister Sardar Sikandar Hayat Khan but we will not become the part of any unconstitutional move taken against the parliamentary system".

He observed that conspiracies were being hatched against Interim Constitution Act-1974, which was the bequest of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.

Zafar stressed that Prime Minister, Sikandar Hayat must be removed through constitutional means and all the political leadership of AJK should sit together to over come prevailing crisis.

He said that majority party of the parliament could decide about the leader of the house and his removal. He alleged that AJK politicians had set aside their priorities on Kashmir and were striving to win power in Muzaffarabad.

Sensing that Kashmir issue was passing through a very crucial juncture he urged Kashmiri leadership to forge unity among their ranks.

Ishaq Zafar who is also member of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly and former speaker asserted that an economically strong Pakistan could guarantee liberation of Kashmir and there was no other country in the world except Pakistan who supported Kashmiris' right to self determination.

He maintained that no any individual can be given right to set aside the UN Security Council's resolutions on Kashmir as they provided ground to Pakistan to fight the case of Kashmiris at international level.

Newly nominated PPP AJK chief also took Ehtesab Bureau with both hands and warned bureau officials of dire consequences if they arrest any PPP leader or workers.

"Why not you (accountability bureau) make the high officials of Forest, Highways and local Government accountable who have made properties worth in billions" he questioned.
