Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan has also congratulated Shaukat Aziz on his election as the Prime Minister of Pakistan. In a statement here on Friday, Dr Ibad said Shaukat Aziz had rendered great services for the economic development of country under the leadership of President General Pervez Musharraf.

The progress made by Pakistan during this period has been acknowledged the world over, he added.

Governor Ibad said Shaukat Aziz, as the Prime Minister, would play an effective role at national and international level for the development of the country and assured fullest support to him on behalf of people of Sindh.
