During an ongoing campaign against the corrupt government officials under the supervision of Additional Director Anti-Corruption Establishment Faisalabad Chaudhry Kabir Ahmad Khan, a Food Department Supervisor Circle Officer ACE Naveed Murtaza & sent to the District Jail Jhang.

Mian Khan was accused of having misappropriated over Rs 1.629 million during the wheat procurement campaign and a FIR under No 35/94 had been registered against him under sections 409 PPC & 5 (2) 47 PCA at the ACE, Jhang in the year 1994.

The accused Mian Khan went absconding in the 10 years old case and was declared a proclaimed offender who was subsequently arrested by the Circle Officer ACE and sent to the District Jail Jhang.
