Consequent upon the creation of new revenue appellate court during the financial year 2004-05, the NWFP government has ordered in the interest of public service that the existing Revenue Appellate Court NO. II will now be for the districts of Peshawar, Charsadda and Nowshera with its headquarters at Peshawar and the newly created Revenue Appellate Court will have the jurisdiction of Mardan and Swabi districts with its headquarters at Mardan and will be called as Revenue Appellate Court-V.

These orders shall be effective from 18th July 2004 (AN).

Meanwhile, the NWFP government has transferred Asghar Ali (PCS SG BS-18) Assistant Chief, P&D Department, NWFP and posted him as Deputy Secretary, Population Welfare Department against the vacant post with immediate effect.
