Management Consultant, Ramiz Allawal, was the key facilitator of the workshop, while HBL IT head Javed Y. Edhi and NCR Corporation Tabish Sabab were the main speakers on the occasion.
Speakers were of the opinion that customers were very important in the present competitive environment, therefore, utmost efforts should be made to satisfy them.
They explained that the CRM provided help to companies in managing their customer relationships more intelligently and helped predict the future.
It helped businesses used technology and human resources to gain insight into the behaviour of customers and the value of those customers, they added.
Earlier, CEO, Happening International, Khalid Iqbal said that the main objectives of the workshop were to improve thinking quality of individuals about CRM to better plan and rebuild the business around customers, besides imparting training on the use of essential tools for building successful customer relationship.
