One person embraced martyrdom as Indian forces resorted to unprovoked firing on Wednesday along the Working Boundary in Phuklian sector as well as along the Line of Control (LOC) intermittently with direct firing on civilian population in Chirikot and Kailer sectors.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), ceasefire violations using mortars and automatics targeted the innocent civil population along the Working Boundary. Likewise, the Indian troops resorted to ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LOC) intermittently with direct firing on civilian population in Chirikot and Kailer sectors.

Innocent citizen Muhammad Zahoor who was resident of village Dewra embraced martyrdom due to Indian unprovoked firing along the LOC. The troops of Pakistan Rangers responded effectively and targeted Indian posts, firing on civil population. Likewise, Pakistan Army troops responded effectively by targeting Indian posts undertaking direct fire on civil population and Pakistan Army posts causing substantial damage.
