Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Archery launched short-listing probable for the forthcoming 33rd National Games to be scheduled in October this year. Talking to media Secretary Pakistan Archery Federation Muhammad Wisal informed that they have launched a proper format for short-listing players all across Pakistan including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said from now on ward trials kicked off from Peshawar wherein more than 80 players turned up.

He disclosed that out of the 80 players, both male and female, they have short-listed Muskan, Shehnaz, Zainab, Emma, Pinky, Aqsa, Sara (female) while Israr, Zeeshan, Akbar Azam, Wajahat, Abid Ullah, Iltaf, Umair, Zafar, Nawab, Omar Khan and Zain. He said out of the total short-listed players, four female and four male teams would be selected later on after a month long camp setup for the National Games.
