Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore Administrator Brigadier Zafar Yasin Babar has said that DHA has expanded from 34,000 kanals to 300,000 kanals which has generated lot of business activities. The Business Hub is a virtual one-start-shop for local businesses and multinational companies. It is a milestone achieved by DHA to facilitate the residents and general public.

The DHA Administrator was addressing a ground breaking-ceremony of DHA Business Hub held in DHA Lahore, Phase-8. Realizing remarkable expansion of its community, business standards of the 21st century and DHA's commitment and passion, the project of Business Hub at Commercial Broadway Phase-8 was planned to meet the requirements of modern business culture, environment and ethics. Highlighting the characteristics of the Business Hub, he said penthouse offices with designated lifts, corporate offices and office workspaces of varying sizes and layout, grand entrance and reception lobbies, business lounge, combined lounges with perfect corporate environment for business meeting, corporate meeting rooms, video conferencing rooms, gaming zone comprises of entertainment area with snooker, gym and cigar lounges, roof top garden, complete wooden deck roof top, sky lounge, open roof cafeteria and car parking for approx 300 cars are the salient features of the project.

Brigadier Babar further added that the DHA has selected renowned consultant Amad Anwar & Partners for designing this iconic project and Kingcrete Builders for construction. A large number of dignitaries, heads of multinational enterprises, renowned business firms, DHA residents, real estate developers and dealers, and officials of Amad Anwar & Partners, Kingcrete Builders and senior officers of DHA Lahore attended the ceremony.
