The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced that the Inland Revenue Offices will observe extended working hours on June 22, 23rd, 29th and 30th. According to the FBR's communication to the field formations here on Tuesday, Inland Revenue Offices will observe extended working hours on June 22 (Thursday), 2017 until 9:00pm; June 23 (Friday) until 11:00pm; June 29 (Thursday) until 10:00pm and June 30 (Friday) until 12:00am (midnight).

The Chief Commissioners are also requested to establish liaison with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and authorised branches of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) to ensure transfer of tax collection by these branches before or on June 30, 2017 to the respective offices of the SBP on the same date so as to account for the same towards the collection for the month of June 2017.
