Careem - the MENA region's leading app-based car booking service-has signed an agreement with the Pathfinder Group, Pakistan's largest private security group, to conduct detailed background checks on the company's 'Captains' (drivers). "Not only do we want to offer our customers a relaxed and hassle-free travel option, we also want to make sure that our Captains are of the highest calibre," Junaid Iqbal, Managing Director of Careem, said. Working with Research and Collection Services (RCS) - a specialised company under the Pathfinder Group's umbrella that not only has vast expertise when it comes to conducting their multi step credentials verification process, but also an impressive client list that includes foreign missions.

Speaking at the deal's signing ceremony, Chairman of the Pathfinder Group and famous defence analyst, Ikram Sehgal, said: "I am delighted to see such a cutting-edge service coming to Pakistan.
