The government has released a supplementary grant of Rs 1.02 billion to Director General Inter-Services-Intelligence (ISI) a Rs 15 billion supplementary grant was released to meet the expenses of the Zarb-e-Azb operation, revealed Supplementary Demands for Grants and Appropriations 2014-15. It has been learnt that Finance Ministry has so far provided Rs 33 billion for military operations in North Waziristan Agency, including requirements of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), in the wake of this operation against Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and other militants.

For the relief of IDPs and North Waziristan Agency due to the operation Zarb-e-Azb, Rs 7.9 billion and another Rs 3 billion were released on transportation and cash compensation and return package of temporary displaced persons (TDPs) of FATA, the document reveals.
