(CENTRAL EXCISE)
SRO 474(I)/2009: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to exempt whole of excise duty leviable on the items mentioned in column (2) of the Table below and falling in the PCT headings specified in column (3), thereof, namely:-

2. This notification shall take effect on and from the 14th June, 2009.
