General Ehsan Ul Haq, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee has been awarded the Saudi Arabia's highest Civil award "King Abdul Aziz Excellence Medal".

General Ehsan Ul Haq was decorated with this award by Prince Khalid Bin Sultan Al Saud, Assistant Defence Minister on behalf of King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud in recognition of his role in enhancing co-operation between the armed forces of the two brotherly countries. It may be mentioned that General Ehsan Ul Haq is presently on an official visit to Saudi Arabia.
