Taxes on small or new companies i.e enterpreneurs should be reduced or Tax holidays should be provided to increase self-employment & for others.

B) Tech related business should be offered easy bank loans to encourage companies develop infrastructure to bring cheap raw material for industry and exports in the markets and to compete with china market.

C) Import duty on machinery from small companies should be reduced to encourage self-employment.
