Nidal said that with the small to medium enterprise market representing 90 per cent of businesses in Pakistan, Avaya required a distribution company to help accelerate product availability and support to that group of customers. He announced the appointment of Pronet Private Limited, a channel provider of wireless and wireline technology products and a subsidiary of Linquest Limited, based in Dubai Internet City, to distribute the entire line of Avaya sma11 to medium business solutions in Pakistan.
