The meeting will deliberate about provincial share in the federal divisible pool.
The two-day finance ministers meeting will be held at Conference Room of the Civil Secretariat. Senior NWFP Minister Sirajul Haq will represent NWFP in the meeting.
Punjab Finance Minister Hussain Bahadar Dareshak arrived here on Thursday while Ministers for Finance of Sindh and Balochistan will be arriving on Friday.

The NFC meeting will be attended among others by the provincial finance secretaries of all the four provinces.
The last meeting of the series will be held in Quetta before giving final shape to the NFC Award by March 31, 2004.
