(i) A 10% withholding tax is deducted from Bahbood Certificates which is unjust. This should be stopped. The MNA, ministers and senior services staff do not pay income-tax and the Senior Citizens are unfairly taxed and through this withholding tax.
(ii) The National Savings Centres are like the "black holes of Calcutta." Could they be made more inviting?
(iii) Senior Citizens are ailing and many cannot wait in long-queues. Could they be given some preference.
I hope serious considerations would be given to these improvements.
