The Central Board of Revenue (CBR) has given duty drawback facility on the export of ceramic sanitary products from December 29, 2003, says a notification issued on Monday.

The duty drawback on all types of ceramics sanitary will be 5.04 percent of the FoB value.

The CBR has amended SRO 415(I)/2001 through SRO 1123(I)/2003 to provide rebate facility to the exporters.

The imported raw material include china clay, ball clay, zirconium silicate, barium carbonate, cobalt oxide, zinc oxide, colour stain and Belgium chalk.
